In the spring of 2017, fishnet tights thoroughly entered urban fashion, paired with ripped jeans. Manufacturers of tights and stockings quickly responded to the new trend. Living even in a statistically average town in Russia, in the spring (and even now) you could find fishnet tights in stores such as Calzedonia or Oysho (which, it seems to me, are available almost everywhere).

Calzedonia made a very thorough move in the mesh direction - releasing non-standard color solutions in addition to black and playing with mesh calibers from fine, to medium and large. That's why I chose them. Plus they already have a belt, and the price is 100 rubles. cheaper than Oysho.

I bought the tights offline, that is, in a regular store for 800 rubles. It's funny that the sellers decided that fishnet tights were needed specifically for this trend: to wear with ripped jeans. Although I just wanted classic fishnet tights for a long time to experiment with style in the boudoir and outside the boudoir.

Convenient innovations and disappointments

For convenience, so that the toes do not fall out of the mesh, the mesh on the toe of the tights is made smaller. But the strip of fine mesh was not wide enough for my foot. Maybe people with narrower feet won't notice this. But in principle, this is not critical, and my little fingers are almost fine too. The idea is great.

Special toe treatment

The tights do not have a gusset. And I like it too, because I love crazy experiments with style, or at least the potential opportunity to experiment. But the gusset could have prevented me from doing this. Especially when it comes to boudoir looks.

What I didn't like: For my waist with a girth of 75 cm, the elastic band of the belt was tight. For more than three hours it becomes completely uncomfortable for me to wear it. That is, the idea of ​​wearing these tights all day immediately disappears for me. The rubber band tends to cut into the stomach. I would venture to guess that if you have a larger girth, you will be even more uncomfortable than I am.

I also don’t really understand why the soft trim at the waistband is made with the soft part facing outwards. Typically, tactilely pleasant material is placed on the side of the body. This is a less critical question, and less epic, than the tight belt question. But still curiosity gnaws.

The mesh itself sits relatively comfortably on the foot and leaves only small marks in the process. My legs did not turn into sausages during use. But it seems to me that in terms of height I have reached the peak of comfort, and if I stretch these tights to a higher height, it will no longer be so comfortable. The threads are immediately tensioned from the place where the gusset is usually located, towards the legs. Feeling of lack of height. So if you are taller than 187 cm, it might make sense to look for another model.

Who can be comfortable in such tights? In my opinion, petite girls and girls of average height are quite thin. And tall and very thin. Thinner than me. I would recommend everyone else to look for an alternative.
