On June 27, 2013, the official opening of the Fashion House outlet center took place. The complex is located in the Solnechnogorsk district of the Moscow region near the village of Chernaya Gryaz, 12 km from the Moscow Ring Road along the Leningradskoe highway. The volume of investment in the project amounted to about 87 million euros.

The total area of the first stage of the outlet put into operation was 20 thousand square meters. The complex will be built in three stages, after which its area will reach 40 thousand square meters, a total of 165 stores will be opened.

Brendon O'Reilly, Managing Director of Fashion House Group, comments: “Outlet shopping has been incredibly popular among millions of Europeans for many years. And it is with great pleasure that we announce the first indoor Fashion House Outlet Center in Russia open. We are very pleased that Russian consumers will now be able to enjoy a truly European shopping experience in a unique place.”

The exterior of the outlet center is designed in a traditional Moscow style, while the interior is designed in accordance with the “Window to Europe” concept: shopping galleries will transport their visitors to London, Paris, Milan and other European fashion capitals.

Fashion House Moscow became the first indoor outlet in Moscow. Tenants of the shopping gallery include mono-brand stores Tommy Hilfiger, Quiksilver, Adidas, U.S.Polo, Baldinini, Mascotte, Cacharel, Nike, Tatuum, Tru Trussardi Calzedonia and others. About half of the stores open today, the other half of the shopping gallery will open in July. To date, agreements have been concluded for more than 90% of the leasable areas of the outlet center.

Neutral reviews

I don’t know, to me the Fashion House looks more like a shopping mall than an outlet. But this is a matter of taste, Vnukovo, for example, is definitely an outlet. Depending on my mood, I can go there or there. It doesn't really matter when shopping. There are bed linens, decorative items, dishes. Well, this is in addition to clothes and shoes. And if you have time, you can find things at a decent discount

There weren't many people, I was actually there before closing. sellers don’t rush))). I remember Fabi, Baldinini, mascotte from shoe stores. Adidas, solomon. U.S.Polo. There is also some kind of Polish leather store, jackets, sheepskin coats. there are a few more stores, but I don’t know them, so I don’t remember them

The outlet is located some distance from Moscow, but this has its advantages. a concentration of many brand stores selling past collections at decent discounts. Although you have to look, some stores only pretend to offer discounts, and sell the goods at basic prices, i.e. runoff variation. Now the building has become larger, as have the shops inside. Now you have the opportunity to choose where to eat. And the problem is poor cellular coverage, the signal disappears regularly. Advice: if you lost each other in an outlet, but there is no connection, meet at the fountain.

This weekend we visited this place with the wonderful name "black mud"! The first minus is that it is not convenient to get there by public transport!! And even if you get to the stop safely. "black mud" you have 2 options: wait 40 minutes for their company bus or walk 1.2 km. We chose the 2nd option, so as not to go along the highway, we took a detour. The road is clearly not intended for pedestrians, there is no entrance from the back side, only a huge fence, so we had to go around and that’s all, which in the end turned out to be 2 times longer than the stated 1.2 km)))

The outlet turned out to be small, the assortment is also not huge, one might say, the same as in the Belaya Dacha outlet (although it is more convenient to get there and there are more shops).

As for discounts: yes, you can find good deals, even 70%. We bought something, had a fun walk through the forest, but we definitely won’t go there again))))

Not a bad store, you can really find things at good discounts. Large parking lot, 3 food courts, 2 restaurants (chocolate shop and il patio, as far as I remember). But there are still several shops where, even with a 50-80% discount, the prices are fabulous.

A good option if you don’t have time to travel to shopping centers on the way to Moscow or leaving it. It’s a very beautiful, chic building; when you approach it, you feel like you’re in the city center.

The inside is still spacious and empty, but I think that given the location of the center, this situation will not change much.

Despite the fact that the area is very large, there are few shops open yet, so there is not much choice. There are sports, classic and casual stores.

The discounts are the same as on sales in regular shopping centers, only there is more choice. Of all the stores, I liked Tommy Hilfiger the most - a large selection of women's and men's clothing, jeans can be bought for about 3,000 rubles.

There are also a lot of different coffee shops, cafes and just dessert stands, which will definitely appeal to visitors after a long journey, because otherwise there are not many shops here to have time to get hungry :)

I also liked that parking is still quite accessible - you can easily find a place near the entrance.

Advantages:

All brands in one place

Flaws:

There are a lot of people on weekends, you can only get there by car

I myself am not a fan of running around for discounts on well-known brands of clothing, shoes or accessories; I approach this event philosophically. But don’t just feed my man bread, let him wander around this makeshift town in search of an exclusive item or a discount on his favorite Tissot watch. And there are more than enough of them here, especially on weekends. Parking a car can sometimes be problematic, despite the huge parking lot in front of the entrance. And they also say there is a crisis in the country, you can’t get into the fitting rooms)) The choice is really not as extensive as in ordinary boutiques, but you really manage to snatch something worthwhile. If you go around all the stores, you can spend at least half a day, but as a rule, almost everyone already has their own priority brands, so it turns out faster.

Finally, the network of famous European Fashion House Group outlets has reached Russia - in the summer of 2013, the official opening of the Fashion House Outlet Center took place, commonly known as the Chernaya Gryaz outlet, which is located, respectively, in the village of Chernaya Gryaz, 8 km from Sheremetyevo Airport. The total area of the outlet is about 16,000 sq.m., currently more than 65 stores are open, and there is also a parking lot for almost 2,000 cars.

The main difference between Fashion House and other outlets is that it is completely indoor. The interior design is based on the “Window to Europe” concept; walking through the outlet, you get the feeling that you are shopping in different parts of Europe. The accents in the interior are predominantly English, such as those cute red telephone booths and elements of the metro stations.
